My Ceramic Page
I share a page with a lovely group of clay artists; here's a link to that site. Click on my name in the column on the left for access to my page. This site contains links to many ceramic sites, and features work from some very talented ceramic artists.

My Online Store
While woodworking is my "day job"- working with clay is my passion. I started by learning the art of tile making, since I wanted to add tile (and color!) to the pieces I build. But - ask any potter - clay has a way of getting into your heart and mind! These days, I find myself splitting my time between clay and wood nearly 50/50.

All-Experts
This is a great site, where you can ask "experts" (in just about any field) a question. Answers to just about anything can be found here- from business to pets, home repair to astrology. I have been volunteering on this site as a wood expert for years and have received many thought-provoking questions. Click here to ask me a question, or to simply visit this great site.

Router Buddy
Since I purchased a Router Buddy, I can inlay medallions and circular areas of tile in a snap. I highly recommend this router accessory if you do any sort of woodworking that requires the machining of large round or elliptical areas. It's accurate and very easy to use. Quite frankly, the Router Buddy is one of the best tool accessories I've ever purchased.

Women in Woodworking
A site designed especially for the growing number of women woodworkers. Consider this your special online home; a place where women can learn, chat, experience, and learn about the wonderful craft of woodworking! This site features some very interesting areas like discussion forums, a gallery of work to see what others are making, tips, schools and more.

Furniture Society
The Furniture Society is a tax-exempt, non-profit organization founded in 1996. Their mission is: To advance the art of furniture making, by inspiring creativity, promoting excellence, and fostering an understanding of this art and its place in society. The FS yearly conference gathers some of the best woodworkers in a single weekend of lectures, discussions, demonstrations and networking. If you’re a woodworker, you should consider joining this fine organization.

Philadelphia Furniture Show
My yearly pilgrimage! The Philadelphia Furniture & Furnishings Show is nationally acclaimed as the finest exhibition of studio-made products for the home and office. While most of the 250 juried professionals from across the United States are furniture makers, over 40 percent are showing home furnishings such as handmade paper lighting, modernist patterned rugs, sleek silverware, glass and ceramic vases and intricately inlaid boxes.

Held in downtown Philadelphia, this show is surrounded by excellent attractions, including great restaurants, Chinatown, food markets and historical destinations. The Liberty Bell is a short walk away. I believe that all serious woodworkers should visit this show at least once in their lifetime to soak up everything this great show has to offer.

Clay Art
One of my favorite online forums, where potters worldwide, discuss a variety of issues, pertinent to their craft. On any given day, topics range from techniques and materials to business related Q & A’s to art debates and more. This list is archived and searching for topics is easy. If you have clay questions, this is the place to find answers.

What Tree is it?
You see a tree and wonder what kind it is. Or perhaps have found part of a tree and want to know where it came from. Often, you can identify an unknown tree by just one part, such as a leaf or a fruit. This site guides you in identifying most North American trees.

The guild.com
A wonderful site that connects artists with buyers, Imagine living each day with artwork created by skilled American artists and masters! The Guild.com, features high quality work, from studio furniture and lighting to beautiful accents like glass vases, ornaments, ceramics, and original oil paintings.

Dogster
This has nothing to do with woodworking, but I love this site! This page features my beloved best friend and the official woodshop mascot/guard dog.
