I built a table similar to this one several years ago. That table was nearly 6 feet square, and sat 3 people comfortably on each side. This is quite similar to that one, however scaled to the room in which it is housed. This solid Cherry table measures roughly 4' x 6' and features 5" x 5" beefy column legs and mortise and tenon construction throughout.
